I needed to change my ticket back to Japan, and no matter how many times I called JAL I couldn't get through

This afternoon I received a phone call from an unknown number, the first time I ignored it, but the second time I received it again. I ignored the first call, but when I answered the second call, I heard a suspicious voice ？ in English with a strong accent saying "I called you, I have something about my flight ？"

They said that JAL is passing the phone numbers of customers they cannot handle to subcontractors for them to contact them. ？

I was worried that it might be some kind of spam or shady company
I finally decided to hold off on changing my ticket
